Terms and Conditions

We’ll match the seller’s NZ website price at the time of your purchase, or up to seven days after your purchase.
The competitor must have stock ready for delivery.
We must be able to verify the competitor’s price and stock position.
The competitor’s product must be brand new, identical to ours, and have been offered on the same terms when you purchased from us.
The seller must offer the same level of service (including manned phone support).
We’ll match the total price of getting the product to you (including delivery charges).
We do not price match with online auction sites such as TradeMe and eBay.
We do price match temporarily discounted prices, including any publicly available voucher codes that are published alongside the product at the point of purchase, or on the competitor’s website. We don’t price match special prices that are only available to certain customers, for example negotiated prices or prices for groups, or with voucher codes issued to individual customers or groups.
