To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Weather Station Shop will meet all obligations required under the Consumer Guarantees Act to remedy any situation involving faulty or damaged items.
