Delivery Time

Orders are sent by tracked signature-required courier. You can check out the latest NZ Post-delivery updates here.

If you need something within a specific time frame - please let us know.

Orders are processed on weekdays within 24 hours (outside of public holidays).

A signature will be required, and deliveries are usually attempted on weekdays between 8am - 5pm.

Please note that delivery times are target times and are not guaranteed by the courier.

Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or at specific times of the day.

If extra information is required to process your order (such as credit card verification), or incorrect information has been provided, this can delay the sending of your order.

If there is an issue with your delivery, lost goods, or damaged goods - please contact us immediately. Issues outside of 48 hours will not be resolved by the courier companies.
